Communication with members
- Serve as a primary point of contact for communication between developers, owners, societies, and contractors.

Quality Assurance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols at the construction site.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in materials, workmanship, and overall project execution.
Handover & Post-Completion
- Coordinate the handover of the completed project, including all documentation and necessary approvals.
- Address any post-completion issues, such as defect rectification and final settlements with Builders and members.
