  • Monitoring quality at all stages of construction by coordinating with engineers and contractors.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential risks, including legal, financial, and construction-related issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively manage conflicts or issues that may arise between society members, Builders and regulatory bodies.

Communication with members

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for communication between developers, owners, societies, and contractors.
  • Ensure transparent and timely communication regarding project status, timelines, and any emerging concerns.

Quality Assurance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols at the construction site.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in materials, workmanship, and overall project execution.

Handover & Post-Completion

  • Coordinate the handover of the completed project, including all documentation and necessary approvals.
  • Address any post-completion issues, such as defect rectification and final settlements with Builders and members.
